Fransko Nallari being a leading brand in the industry, the facilities are custom built and our processes are managed according to the international food safety standards and are certified on an annual basis. We were awarded ISO 22000:2005 certification for our manufacturing facilities at Fransko Agro Foods, Francis Kottackal Exim Pvt Limited individually. Furthermore our facilities are visited regularly by several of our esteemed label clients, many of whom are at the forefront of quality and food safety. Our advanced milling system has the facility to remove all unnecessary particle such as dust, mud, chaff, broken rice, black rice, husk, bran etc from rice. We also have a fully mechanized plant with advanced color sorter machine. The specially designed aspiration system takes away the bran produced during the whitening process. This vertical rice whitening machine is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the degree of whiteness. The accurate and precise assembly techniques ensure lowest broken content. MILLTEC Water Jet (Silky) Polisher machine is used for polishing the rice surface by spraying water through the mixing chamber and by creating friction among rice grains using Milling Rollers. The weight controlled outlet of the polisher controls the retaining time of kernels inside the milling chamber. The water Jet (Silky) polisher produces rice grains with a shiny surface finish. Buhler's Destoner is employed for the efficient removal of stones, glass and other high-density matter from the grain stream. This machine removes the stoner which has the similar size to paddy.
Mr. Francis Kottackal, the founder of Fransko agro foods, have handled virtually every aspect of the business. His sound knowledge and proven expertise in developing and implementing business strategies have brought the company to its present position of market leadership. In 1969 Mr. K.V. Varghese started Kottackal Modern Rice Mill. Shri. Francis Kottackal, son of Mr. K. V. Varghese, a very well experienced gentle man after having an excellent academic education, decided to join his family venture. In 1985 Mr. Francis Kottackal and his partners established Kalpana Agro Mills and later in 1994, K & T Agro Mills. He is an exceptional member & director of K & T Agro Mills (P) Ltd. His experience and enthusiastic management skills contributed to reaching an enviable position today. He possesses an industrial experience and exposure of more than 30 years and cooperates as a member of Rice Mills consortium. Further, he played a pivotal role as “State Secretary” in Kerala State Rice Mills Association.
